Invitation to the IAWLS General Assembly

HOTEL JELINEK, BEDRICHOV, CZECH REPUBLIC

Directions:  Hotel Jelinek is located about 200m from the main parking area in Bedrichov on the right side of the road leading to Jablonec. It is the only large building in the area. There is a small parking lot in front of the hotel and some more parking spaces 30m beyond the hotel. For the WL Masters who will attend the pasta party at 19:00 it is also possible to park at the Black Bowl Restaurant, about 800m further down the road to Jablonec, and walk to Hotel Jelinek.

The Executive Committee hopes that you will be able to attend. Should this not be possible please complete the PROXY that will be emailed to you and return it via email at least 2 weeks prior to the assembly.

We remind you that as per the statutes, only those whose membership was approved by the Executive Committee at least 2 weeks prior to the assembly will be able to participate in the meeting and vote on any motions which are presented. If you have colleagues who are interested in IAWLS, they are welcome to attend the meeting as non voting observers.
