Invitation to the IAWLS 2008 General Assembly

Directions: The meeting room is Sala Marcialonga which is located just behind the main hall where the race bibs are distributed.

The following documents are available for your perusal: Agenda, President’s Report, Treasurer’s Report and Presentation of Executive Committee Candidate.

The Executive Committee hopes that you will be able to attend. Should this not be possible please complete the PROXY that will be emailed to all IAWLS members and return it via email at least 2 weeks prior to the assembly.

 We remind you that as per the statutes, only those whose membership was approved by the Executive Committee at least 2 weeks prior to the Assembly will be able to participate in the meeting and vote on any motions which are presented. If you have colleagues who are interested in IAWLS, they are welcome to attend the meeting as non voting observers.
