Invitation to the IAWLS 2009 General Assembly

Directions: When facing the Lienz rail station, take the main street to the left, Tiroler Strasse then Karntner Strasse. About 2 km from the station turn right between the store signed BLUMEN SEEBER and the LIEBHERR building into Dr Hans Liebherr Strasse. About 500m after an underpass and a left curve, turn left and then right into Sudbahnstrasse (SCHEDL GAS on your left). Follow Sudbahnstrasse to a grey painted house on your right, in front of you is a truck company Oberdrautaltrans. Car parking in front of the Dolomitenlauf clubhouse Total distance from the rail station about 3.5k

The Executive Committee hopes that you will be able to attend. Should this not be possible please complete the PROXY that was emailed to you and return it via email to robert@worldloppetskier.com  at least 2 weeks prior to the assembly, not later than January 3, 2009

We remind you that as per the statutes, only those whose membership was approved by the Executive Committee at least 2 weeks prior to the Assembly will be able to participate in the meeting and vote on any motions which are presented. If you have colleagues who are interested in IAWLS, they are welcome to attend the meeting as observers.
